A Harvard running back makes a cut to continue through a mass of players. The Harvard football team had traveled to Princeton's stadium, but eventually were defeated in a hard fought battle.

Courtyard Shadow

Shadows line the walls of an elaborate house in Karaikudi, India. This house, belonging to my great-grandfather is our ancestral house in which many weddings and ceremonies have taken place.

Fire on the Horizon

A boat anchors down as the day comes to an end. Taken in Florida, on a sailing trip, my crew and I were able to watch many beautiful sunsets throughout the trip.

Off the Coast

The sun sets on a spectacular view off the coast of Cancún, Mexico. In the distance, a boat decorated with bright lights and blasting loud music sails across the ocean.

The Lone Tree

Behind a leafless tree, the sun sets over the ocean in Monterey. Taken on the 17-Mile Drive, this picture was my first successful photo, and it is the reason I became interested in photography.

Water Break

A dog curiously sniffs the water at the base of a fountain in Stanford University's Campus. My camera was able to capture the flow of the water, freezing its motion and isolating each liquid droplet.

Hornless

A rhino stares blankly at the camera, its thick hide protecting it from the elements. However, the rhino lacks its other natural defense as it does not have a horn.

Lion King

A lion stands majestically in its enclosure, observing its habitat. The lion had originally been staring off into the distance, but after a few minutes of waiting, I was able to photograph the moment it turned and looked at me.
